The Lichee Tang Nano 4K development board is based on GOWIN Semiconductor’s Bee series GW1NSR-LV4C chip, which features an embedded ARMCortex-M3 hard core processor, 64Mbit PSRAM, 4K Lut logic resources, and onboard 32Mbit Nor Flash. It is designed for design and experimentation with small digital logic.
