The FS-INS-3Z foot pressure sensor is a flexible membrane pressure sensor with three phase independent sensing zones. The output resistance of the sensing zone changes correspondingly with changes in external pressure. The sensor is made of polyester beach film, high-conductivity material, and nano-scale pressure-sensitive material. It consists of a bottom layer with a flexible film and a conductive layer, and a top layer with a flexible film and a pressure-sensitive material compounded on it. Both layers are separated by double-sided tape. When the sensing area is under pressure, the lines separated from each other are turned on, and the output resistance of the metal port changes correspondingly with the pressure.
